Domaine Gérard Neumeyer is a third generation family run wine estate in Molsheim in Alsace in northern France. The winery is on the outskirts of the village and the vineyards are up on the slope of the Molsheim hill, a short walk away from the vinification cellar. The winery is today run by Gérard and his wife Gabrielle.
The 16 hectares of vineyards are mostly on a south east facing slope and are planted with a variety of Alsatian grape varieties: riesling, gewurztraminer, pinot gris, etc.
Domaine Gerard Neumeyer makes both dry and sweet wines, the sweeter ones being vendanges tardives and selection des grains nobles (SGN). They also make a sparkling crémant d’Alsace. They have a small plot of 3.5 ha grand cru vineyard on the Bruderthal GC. The Domaine Neumeyer also makes some red pinot noir.
